East Village Wall Mural

I cannot claim the artistic right to this wall mural, I merely photographed it. It is a full scale mural in the East Village, NYC, somewhere but I can’t quite remember where exactly and a Google maps street view search didn’t locate it. It seems to be the reproduction of a photograph itself. I was just stunned by the vivid colors and size of it. If anyone has more info about it I’d be happy to hear it!
Update: Apparently this is a work by Sebastien Wahl – thanks Ashley for the info. Check out his website, his stuff is amazing.

Your photo captures its colors so beautifully! I’m pretty sure that the mural is just down from John Derian’s store and that little community garden… 2nd Street? Around 2nd/3rd ave?
